Good News Effective January 2023:

The Community Medicaid Income level is increasing to be 138% of the Federal Poverty level.
The income level will increase for an individual to $1,677 (plus a $20 household income disregard).
The income level will increase for a couple to $2,268 (plus a $20 household income disregard).
The resource levels have risen as well.
Under this change you may be able to keep more of your monthly income and your Pooled Trust monthly deposit, if you have one, may change accordingly.
These changes will be applied at your renewal date or, you can request a budget review from your local social services district after January 1, 2023.
